YOUR ROLE: We are looking for a Roaming Operations Engineer L1.5 to join the team responsible for the operation and support of International Roaming services. The primary objective of this role is to ensure continuous monitoring of services, initial incident detection and handling, alarm management, and operational oversight of roaming platforms, ensuring service availability and quality for customers. YOUR PROFILE:- Degree or technical education in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.- Basic knowledge of IP networking.- Basic understanding of mobile networks and roaming services.- Experience in NOC, SOC, or SNOC environments.- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English within a technical environment (Mandatory).- Availability to work in a 24x7 shift-based operation.
