Senior Associate Scrum Master to join a global team based in Portugal, North America and India, responsible for delivering innovative AI, cloud and DevOps solutions, frameworks and software products. The role is key to facilitating Agile practices and ensuring effective sprint planning, execution and delivery of features, enhancements, validations and data integrations that create value for business users.Responsibilities include applying Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices to support product delivery and continuous innovation, working closely with product managers, engineering teams and business stakeholders across the organization. The Scrum Master will help transform product backlogs into clear execution plans with defined milestones, dependencies, priorities and change management activities. The role also involves tracking progress, communicating product status and performance metrics to stakeholders, leadership and partner teams, and building strong relationships across multiple functions.The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, story splitting, estimation, retrospectives and sprint planning, while ensuring adherence to agreed Agile practices and behaviors. The position also supports the adoption of a product management mindset and a culture of custom software development, continuous improvement and innovation.Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, SDLC, DevOps and test automation practices, along with experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Align. Experience working with cloud-based or AI-related initiatives, enterprise software delivery and cross-functional teams is valued. Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Availability to work from 11:00 to 20:00 is required to support North America-based teams.
