The Digital Learning and AI Specialist supports the development, implementation, and adoption of Future of Field capabilities through innovative digital, analytics, automation, and AI driven solutions. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and supporting the design, testing, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of digital products and learning solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Learning and Development teams, and DevOps teams, the specialist helps deliver solutions that enhance capability building, operational efficiency, access to insights, and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include supporting AI-powered tools, workflow automations, data integrations, and Power BI applications; developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; contributing to proof of concept initiatives for emerging technologies; and promoting the adoption of Amgen's AI ecosystem and other digital capabilities. The position also involves creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation, supporting process improvement initiatives, participating in Agile ceremonies, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate combines a strong interest in artificial intelligence, digital learning, analytics, and technology with excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Platform, generative AI tools, data integration technologies, Agile methodologies, and languages such as Python or SQL is highly valued.
