We are looking for an motivated Senior Software Engineer/Technical Leader to join our team, working on a flagship ESA/NASA program. The candidate has to have Technical coordination of the complex space projects developing simulation models.Capability to ensure compliance with an HLA (High-Level Architecture) based on federation standards for interoperability with NASA/ESA simulators.Support integration and validation of simulation components in space scenarios.Willing to work with partners (e.g. ESA) on system-level integration and troubleshooting.Document technical work and contribute to ESA deliverables.Required: Demonstrable experience as Project Manager and Technical Leader for space projects.~10 years experience in software development for simulation or real-time systems.Mastering SIMULUS framework and Space StandardsStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work in international, multi-partner teams.We Value: Understanding of distributed systems or HLA concepts.Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Experience with Gitlab CI/CD pipelines
