Job ResponsibilitiesConduct orientation for new employees and facilitate employee onboardingServe as the primary point of contact for local office employees on various cultural, benefits, and compensation issues, as well as other HR processes and programsConduct exit interviews and identify trends and potential corrective actionsProvide external support for local recruitment efforts and coordinate all internal promotion processesAdminister leave of absence processes for employeesManage and support internal communicationsPromote and coordinate the CLOUD rotation program for the local officeSupport and implement various human resources practices and processesMaintain employee files and paperwork, both electronically and physicallyCoordinate company events for the local officeAssist with contracts for contractors and temporary workers, background checks, and onboardingQualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related fieldWell-developed business ethics and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretionAbility to build relationships and influence employees at all levels, including the organizations leadershipVery strong interpersonal and written communication skills, ability to initiate and engage in conversations about difficult or sensitive topicsAbility to manage multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities and stay focused under pressure
