Descrição do Perfil
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's
degree is a plus).4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing,
ideally within iGaming or sports betting, with proven experience managing and optimizing an
established portfolio, not just building one. Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.Strong
understanding of affiliate and performance marketing commercial models, including CPA, RevShare, and
hybrid agreements.A genuinely data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance
data, spotting trends, and translate insights into commercial decisions.Excellent analytical,
negotiation, and commercial skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.Familiarity with
the Portuguese regulatory landscape (SRIJ) is a strong plus.A professional, structured, and
proactive approach, with the autonomy to manage a mature, high-value channel.A collaborative
mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
