Os teus futuros deveres e responsabilidadesConduct SAP SD process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with FI, MM & other modulesUse service specific tools and proceduresIdentify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functionsIdentify root causes and solution for recurrent problemsUpdate and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge databaseCreate detailed technical specifications for ABAP teamWork with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testingAvailable to punctual travels when neededCompliant with agile methodologiesTrain and spread the knowledge through the global teamQualificações requeridas para ser bem sucedido neste roleFluent in EnglishMinimum of 3 years of Experience with all aspects of SAP SD Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support.Experience with S4 Hana is a plusExperience with SAP CS is a plusSolid debugging skills is a plusExperience in application maintenance services is a plusOpen to work with different cultures and mind setsStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills both technical and user focused.Available to work in a hybrid model (at office twice a week).
