We are looking for a Java Developer (Kotlin) to join our development team in Lisbon (hybrid work).Your main responsibilities will be:Support the migration of insurance software from a monolithic architecture to microservices.Develop and maintain backend services using Java or Kotlin in a desktop-oriented environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure high-quality delivery.Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance throughout the migration process.YOUR PROFILEAt least 5 years of experience with Java and Kotlin (desktop-oriented development)Previous work with software migration, ideally to microservicesGood communication skills and ability to work in hybrid teamsEnglish level B2Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon
