In the role of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, you should expect to:Customize and
develop solutions for Dynamics 365 applications for national and international clients using the
latest features of Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft ecosystem.Interact with customers from
multiple business sectors.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and
standards.Work with engineering teams, architects, and cross-functional colleagues throughout project
phases, delivering efficient and high-quality solutions.Stay updated with trends in Dynamics 365
and apply knowledge to improve solutions.Take advantage of opportunities for professional
development and career growth.YOUR PROFILEMinimum of 3 years of experience on Dynamics 365 Customer
Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Data or Journeys), Field Service),
including hands-on customization, development, and support.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 features
and the Microsoft ecosystem.Proficiency in Dynamics 365 or Dataverse customization and
development (C# and JavaScript).Experience with data management and migrations using Microsoft
Dataverse.Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is desirable.Experience with Copilot
Studio or Azure DevOps and CI or CD pipelines is a plus.Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power
Platform certification is a plus.Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodology.Fluent in
English, both verbal and written; other languages are valued.Organized and able to structure work
effectively.
