We are looking for a Senior AI Technical Manager to strengthen Capgemini Portugals Data
and AI team. This professional will technically lead the design and delivery of AI
solutions, shape the AI offering, and act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal
stakeholders. The role combines hands-on architecture leadership, delivery oversight, and contribution
to commercial initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with business
outcomes.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end AI initiatives, including predictive and prescriptive AI
and GenAI, from ideation to production.Define solution architectures and engineering
standards, including MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, CI or CD, scalability, and security.Guide delivery
teams through technical challenges, ensuring quality, performance, and cost efficiency.Support
go-to-market and pre-sales activities such as workshops, technical solutioning, proposals, RFPs,
estimates, and technical storytelling.Build reusable assets and accelerators, promoting best
practices and mentoring across the community.Collaborate with hyperscalers and partners such as
Azure, AWS, and GCP, leveraging services including Azure ML, SageMaker, and Vertex AI.YOUR
PROFILEAt least 5 years of experience in AI projects with strong technical leadership in
architecture or tech lead roles.Deep knowledge of predictive and prescriptive AI, GenAI patterns such
as RAG and agents, and MLOps or LLMOps.Strong understanding of modern data platforms
including lakehouse and warehouse architectures, data pipelines, and cloud integration.Solid
foundation in Responsible AI, including privacy, governance, transparency, and risk
management.Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, structured problem solving, and ownership
mindset.Fluency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written.
