We are hiring a Financial Analyst (French and English speaker) to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).As a Financial Analyst, you will:Monitor and control daily billing and invoicing processes across markets, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.Validate controls and documentation, including monthly checks and incident follow-ups.Prepare audit files and support internal or external audits.Propose and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Ensure timely delivery of invoices, reports, and responses to queries, escalating issues when needed.Manage email and phone communications, providing regular feedback on pending matters.Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and support transformation initiatives.YOUR PROFILEDegree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Management (or related fields).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is mandatory).Advanced English and or French (spoken and written).Excellent soft skills, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational abilities.
