RECRUTAMENTO DE PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA/INCAPACIDADE IGUAL OU SUPERIOR A 60%As a CBS Project
Manager you hold a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferably in a
technical or engineering discipline and have a minimum of five years experience working as a
Project Manager. Certification such as PMP PRINCE II or equivalent and Lean certifications are
considered an advantage. You demonstrate in depth knowledge of relevant tools and applied
methodologies and have practical experience leading projects and change initiatives ideally in a
shared services environment across Finance HR IT Automation or Continuous Improvement. You are
able to organize plan execute and report independently with clear and effective communication
and are comfortable working on both small complex initiatives and large cross functional
high visibility projects. Strong presentation skills and confidence working with stakeholders
at different levels of the organization are essential. You bring a hands on mindset strong
understanding of key business services processes and interfaces and demonstrate maturity in problem
solving managing pressure and adapting to change. You take ownership of responsibilities manage
tight deadlines shifting priorities and proactively propose improvements while collaborating
effectively as a team player.
