Patient Journey Partner (PJP) - Breast Cancer, based in Porto. The PJP is an empowered leader and the face of Roche, moving the company beyond selling medicines towards partnering, innovating, and leading generative disruption within the healthcare ecosystem. This is a functionally agnostic role, not fitting traditional Sales or Medical Affairs categories. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner between stakeholders and Roche. Collaborate closely with all partners touching the patient journey to co-create meaningful solutions. Prioritize resources and drive solutions to deliver outcomes faster for patients. Network nationally and internationally with other PJPs and healthcare partners to remove roadblocks. Guide Roche's products through their lifecycle, supporting appropriate use and sharing merits with HCPs in a balanced way. Ensure great experiences when partners engage with Roche. Skills & Experience: - You must be a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a personal purpose in improving the patient journey. - Deep knowledge of breast cancer patient journey and related treatments. - Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) and organizations. - Experience with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) is highly desired. - Robust understanding of medical affairs strategies and clinical research. - Self-managed and self-directed demonstrating the courage to act boldly and stop non-value-adding activities. - Strong business acumen (desired expertise in commercialization, medical, and customer experience). - Experience in formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating teams. -Growth mindset with ability to learn quickly, take risks, and experiment; experienced in agile ways of working is desired. -- Fluent in Portugue and English. Required: Residency in the Porto district.
